You can send it directly on WhatsApp, post it in a neighborhood group, or email it. It does not matter how your friend arrives at the site: what counts is that they use your link to create their account and register their first listing.

The link is personal and automatically ties the new account to your profile. Every time someone signs up through it, the system records the connection without any extra action from you.

Which referrals count and which do not

For a referral to be valid, the friend must be new to Alugoae, meaning they do not yet have an account on the platform. Existing accounts do not generate a credit, even if the owner has never listed anything. What activates the reward is the new user's first listing being approved by the review team.

If the listed item is rejected or the sign-up is left incomplete, the R$ 5 is not credited. Accounts created without the referral link are also not retroactive: the link must be used at the moment of first sign-up, not after. These rules apply to every referral, from the first to the tenth.
